what is included in the "my disneyland birthday" at plaza in at disneyland? for the 15.99 fee?

you might want to contact the park and ask that question, but as I remember it you get a small cake and some souvenirs and a character parade and photo op. I know that things change all the time so it may be best to call and find out for sure. The number is (714) 781-7290.
Good Luck and Happy Birthday to whoever it is that is having the party. Oh yea, don't forget to get a birthday badge on the way into the park. it is kinda cool to have all staff say Happy Birthday all day and sometimes some visitors of the park too! :)
