Does Kobe, Japan have any distinctive weather patterns? E.g. Snowfall, amount of rain, humidity?

Thanks. I was just wondering as I need to write about it and cannot find any information comparing Kobe's weather to any other region's weather.

Kobe is port city facing to Setonaikai (Seto Inland Sea) and Mt. Rokko and many more mountains are behind back there. The mountains block cold wind from North and the Sea brings warm South wind to the narrow flat of Kobe city through Channel all year round.

The climate is very moderate. Very few snowfall except higher mountains there is. It rains in June as its rainy season in most of Japan. No heavy typhoons hit on because it is not facing to Pacific Ocean directly. It is not so cold in Winter but quite hot and humid in Summer, especially on calm at dusk.

I think Atlanta, GA would be pretty close to most of cities in Japan for the climate. It is inland city though.

Kobe is located at middle of Japan, with typical climate of Japan.
In short, it is hot and humid on summer. It is windy and somewhat cold on winter but seldom snows.
Only in Kita district which locate at behind of Mt. Rokko, it sometimes snows.
