What stores sell neopets jumbo plush?

I saw this commercial for neopets jumbo plush a LONG time ago and I know they still sell them they are coming out with series 2.Where do they sell them in stores not online? thank you for your help!

i'd say walmart or target. Target is a huge sponsor of neopets.
