When an Atheist said there ain't no God...?

Does it also meant there ain't no Satan?

Yes, "atheism" means having no belief in deities, and that goes for ANY deity. The reason why you hear the phrase "No God" in the same sentence as atheism as opposed to "No Satan", "No Zeus" or "No Isis" is because the deity of western monotheism, a.k.a. "God" is by far the most popular. Additionally, the term "God" has become a general term in our language for a number of deity-related things.

By the way, not all atheists explicitly and positively assert "there is no God". You can have a lack of belief in deity without making a positive assertion of said deity's non-existence.

Atheist has to reflect in his own creation that how he was a moist germ, then became clot of blood ,then his bones r formed, covering with skin than his 5 faculties formed thus stage after stage he was made finally he took birth than another life cycle took place, one persons face is different from another even his finger prints ,than he should reflect about the creation round him and finally he comes to conclusion that there is Generator,Operator of the entire system, Destroyer/reproducer of everything and that super being is called as GOD.If he persist still not believe, than he would be humbled and see with his own eyes hell and its punishment then he believes but his believing would not benefit him.He being under the influence of satan denying god then how can satan be denied by him,he is rather his comrade

Because I don't hear anyone ungrammatically averring satan's existence.
