Yes, eventually but maybe not in our life times. Public opinion is changing all the time towards marijuana and when mass public opinion changes legislation follows eventually. That said there is too much money to be made from other synthetic drugs in the drug market for a natural drug like marijuana to be palatable to the ever powerful drug companies...
