March 14, 2009--Western Kentucky--Apparently just migrated back into the area--Does not over winter here. A Sparrow? but what kind?

You are correct, it is a Sparrow, and I just went onto a Sparrow website, and I have found that it is a:

"Song Sparrow"

They are very pretty birds, and, you would've guessed, have beautiful singing voices!
