1. Muslim Scholars in the middle ages were the people who upheld scientific discoveries
2. which era are you talking about?
3. none (they destroyed and burnt) it was the opposite Mongols became Muslims and established the Muslim Dynasties in India
4. I am not sure of Mamet maybe turkish then it could be the Sultan who finally conquered Constantinople
5. again may you mean to Turkish (Mustafa is a title of the prophet) but I think here you mean AttaTurk 
6. disagreement on who should succeed the Prophet
7. Probably Vienna if I remember correctly, I am  not sure.
