Do American truckers monopolies the NAFTA traffic commerce, are they allowed to drive into Mexico and Canada?

Think about it, what if overwhelmed every shipping route... And they could if they pay "TAXES" and are insured... BUT ask any of your friends parents how they feel about having their jobs farmed out to India?

The majority of foreign truckers haven't taken any classes or physicals needed to drive in the U.S.
They probably do not have proper insurance either.
For some, the ability to read and understand English is a problem, too.

There is a vast difference in the standards for licenscing of drivers, equipment maintiance, and safty regulation compliance records. If the Mexican goverenment wants there drivers to have accsess to the U.S. they need to ensure that there drivers are able to comply with the same rules that American drivers are required to.
