I'm menopausal and have pain with intercourse. The doctor refers to it as dryness, but I've used large quantities of lubricant and it still hurts. Any middle-aged ladies have advice? I'm already using an estrogen patch.

I would suggest seeing a doctor about this problem. But lubes that are good are KY and astroglide. You can buy these lubes at most grocery stores or sex shops in your area. they are near the condoms normally. Good luck and see your doctor about getting low dose testosterone.

Use a lubricant called Wet. You can buy it at the pharmacy.
