When should I start taking the pill again?

I am on Loestrin 24 fe. I couldn't get my prescription filled on Friday when I was supposed to start a new pack because my obgyn was closed.(I won't wait til the last minute again) and so I missed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of my new pack. I should be getting the pills today.  On the instructions it says if I miss 3 or more white pills:

    *  If you started on Day 1 of your period, throw out the rest of the Loestrin® 24 Fe Pill pack and start a new pack that same day.
    * If you started on a Sunday, keep taking 1 pill every day until the next Sunday. On Sunday, throw out the rest of the Loestrin® 24 Fe pack and start a new pack of pills that day.

So i obviously started my first pack on a Friday, so should I wait until Friday to take the first pill of the new pack, or should I go ahead and take it today and continue taking them as I normally would...1 a day at the same time.

I've read that when first starting the pills, you should start either on a Sunday or the first day of your period, but I did neither. When my doctor first prescribed them to me, I told her I was already on my period at the time, so she told me to go ahead and start that day, so i began my first pack in the middle of my period.

I just need to know when to take the pill and how long I should use a backup method.

I would call your Dr or even the pharmacist when you get it filled and ask since it's kind of complicated, if you can't get a hold of them, then I'd just start it now and use a back up method for the whole pack. But really, a Dr's advice is what's needed here.

This is my question... : I'm an adult guy who also has an undenscended testicle, I would like to know if your boyfriend underwent a surgery to fix the problem? if so, was the testicle affected placed in his scrotum?
