it is believed that in a certian town, 35% of people did not graduate from high school. If we sample 9 people what is the probability that exactly 4 did not graduate from high school? give answer as a decimal rounded to the nearest thousandth please.

The probability is (.35)^4*(.65)^5*9!/(5!*4!). This is exactly 0.21938630101171875. The great Sandor doesn't round to the nearest thousandth.
