The law I believe anywhere in the USA is to slow down and stop. But... I always speed up if I know I can make it and there are no cops around.
But I hate to give this kind of info to teens that aren't experienced enough. I had a wreck when I was 16 and even tho it wasn't my fault, if I had more experience, I could have avoided it.

I don't drive yet. Assuming I'd be crossing the street, yellow light would be about time to get the heck off.
So I'd speed up.

Well that depends, if i have time i speed up but if i only have a few seconds forget it i preffer to wait for the green light again.

Depends on if I'm right on the light, I pi55 alot of people off behind me when I stop, they want to blow the light, but a few times I saved them and me a ticket, because a cop was pulling out of a parking lot.
