Record/Wiretap Office Intercom System?

Hi, Im a General Manager on my company, and I wanted to monitor communication between my departments, is there an easy way to automatically record all communication through the Intercom system of our company? either DIY or a kit may be okay.

Our intercom system is like a phone (12 lines and a call button).
