Submit your claim to unemp & if they deny you ask for a telephonic hearing and bring up your harassment allegation. Did they ever written/ counsel you on your tardiness/missing work. In most states it's a requirement.

You need to understand that is not your employers job to take care of your mother in law. They have no obligation to her. Generally if you were fired for cause, your employer will be contacted and your claim will be denied if they protest.

Maybe her son should step up to the plate, huh?

you may no longer get unemployment in case you have been terminated for misconduct (drowsing on the interest could qualify). you would be conscious and if denied you may have a maximum appropriate to an appeals listening to. Your company can take place and you would be able to describe your factor of the story.

I been fired too. When I was finding my new job was too hard, everything starting from zero, included for my new job, I maked best but still not best. Let say plus your parent life, possible you can do something illegal.

You could apply, but if you were fired for missing too much work, your claim will most likely be denied.
