STDS (now STI's) are a blood to blood/ sex transmitted infection the sores like herpes or genital warts are skin but that's cause they have a fluid they leak. stuff like HIV/Aids is solely through blood/ through sexual fluids. so unless they had a cut/sore in their mouth no not really unless they had genital warts in their mouth or herpes...Show more
