Recently, I got the dreaded BSOD error and my computer in normal won't start, so I want to reinstall Windows Vista on my computer. But, I cant, I have the DVD for it already but it won't load in safe mode(which I'm on right now since normal mode won't work because of BSOD).
Any help? Thanks!

You don't load it in safe mode for starters.
You need to go into BIOs change the settings so the computer boots from the cd/dvd driver first, before it boots from the hard drive. To get to the BIO settings, during bootup of the computer you either need to tap the F12 key or the F8 key.

Put the Vista disc in the drive.
Restart.
Reinstall Vista.
If the Vista installation box doesn't appear (should show up if the disc is in the drive when you boot up), check BIOS settings.

when you first turn it on hit the power button again and it will give the option to reload
