Favorite Answer

I own and regularly play albums from RUN DMC, Public Enemy, NWA, Outkast, Busta Rhymes, and especially Wu Tang Clan. I have some other rap songs on my iPod and on burnt mix CDs.

My rap name would be Apache Ice. Why? Hell, I don't know. I only gave it five seconds of thought.

I'm a huge OutKast stan. Some of my favorite songs by them are The Mighty O, A Life in the Day of Benjamin Andre, and Da Art of Storytellin' Part 2. Right now, though, my favorite Rap song is Split Seconds by Busdriver.

Yeah, definitely. If I were to pick a favorite it would be one of these three (in order of preference for this very moment):
the Roots - the Seed V 2.0
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cpi2BclUmOU
Dr. Octagon - Earth People
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjKHQeRSvjk (that whole record is totally good)
Jurassic 5 - Concrete Schoolyard

Sweet T (aka Ronald)

Hi Wire.
It's actually coincidental (though not unconsidered (insert smile face)). It was a thing a buddy of mine had a joke about kind of a "this is Sweet T, that's short for Ronald and this is my homey Water Pistol" "Squirt, squirt"
Not only are we total nerds, but this was about 7 or 8 years ago when the whole thing was at it's peak. I think being very overcafinated and punchy from shooting an awful movie (even longer story) had something to do with that.
Mostly, I just thought having a homey named Water Pistol rolled out in a way that tickled the funny neurons in my brain really effectively.

...Refuses to Die. Good call on Deltron 3030. You can't find that record anywhere which boggles my mind. For instance, I wonder how many Gorillaz fans even know that album exists. Great stuff. I've been meaning to check out Heirogliphics as well.
