Personally I feel that Facebook has better privacy settings than Myspace but since more people tend to use their real names on Facebook I wouldn't say it's safer.
As long as you only add your real life friends/acquaintances that you know and use piracy locks, I don't think you are in any great danger on either, but always be careful.

Facebook by far, myspace sucks big time.

Myspace is getter harder to work. All my pages take longer to come up. The site is never good anymore.

no idea i dont have either, but from past experiances facebook looks a little bit safer.
