What to wear to friends college graduation?

Do you think this dress is ok to wear to a college graduation? It's going to be very hot and sunny and I hate tan lines so I want to wear a tube top, but I don't know if it's too casual... please let me know this is for tomorrow!

It's not my graduation, it's my friends. If it were mine I would dress very formal, but it's not.

That shouldn't go anywhere too far from a pool or the beach.

Find a nice sheath dress that is not too short and doesn't have any cutouts. A graduation is a respectful occasion, and it's important that you dress appropriately - or don't go.
