How are my SAT scores? Average-Bad..?

Critical Reading - 540
Math - 460
Writing - 550
Multiple Choice: 50 (20 - 80)
Essay : 10 (2 - 12)

I feel like they're bad, and i'm not sure on whats good and what isn't. Feel free to be harsh, i need to know! Any extra information on what colleges would think once they see my scores, what else is necessary, etc.

here is more info about me to take in consideration in comparison to my SAT scores. my GPA is a 97.265. i've been in many clubs since my freshman year, Key Club president for 3 years, Junior and National Honor Society. as well as all AP classes for my highschool career.

no Not bad at all! take them again and try to Aim for better but definitely not bad at all. your scores are not bad depending on your gpa and other activities besides grades like sports volunteering etc are other major qualifications for your acceptance but if you want to get have edge on the school you want to go to take them again try for a 1900 YOU CAN DO IT!! :)

PS: IT also depends on what school u want to attend as well. If you want to go to like a princeton/ harvard kinda school retake them. If your looking at a states school you can get in im sure!

Your scores are average, the national average is 1500,
a perfect score is 2400.
It really depends what college you want to get into, if you want to get into really good schools like ivies or something you need 2000+
But don't worry, your scores always improve the second time around! Study hard! xoxo
