I'm stuck on two answers.
Diving bird....first two letters are mu... total letters 5
french novelist..... Need the forst letter as the rest of the name is umas.

The bird is the murre.
Dumas is correct for the author.

You sure that the Mu is right for the diving bird? the only 5 letter diving bird i could find was Grebe

Diving bird-Mures or Murrs not sure how it is spelled.
And it's most likely Dumas
