In hotel chains who is tipically above the restaurant manager?

I'm just curious about the person besides the restaurant manager who's got a deeper knowledge on the F&B operations either at unit level or corporate level.

The Restaurant Manager probably reports to a Food and Beverage Director. However, in many cases the Food and Beverage Director is not as knowledgeable as the Restaurant Manager and The Chef is more knowledgeable than both of them put together.
