Provisional Drivers License?

Question

So on the provisional drivers license, it says "cannot drive between 11pm and 5am" so does that mean i can start driving as soo as it hits 5 am?

yes that does mean you cant drive after eleven but you can start driving at five. also if you have a parent in the car you can drive before 5 am
