Don't worry, it's okay for a man to wear makeup, but only very Light makeup. Only really actors wear it for flawless appearance. However, if a casual normal guy wants to appear flawless, he should go for it. But he should go very light on the foundation and use a very neutral blush, not red or pink like a woman would wear. Only use makeup that matches your skin the most.

I think it is OK for men to wear it. Like guy liner! Love it! Especially with the long black hair and everything. Sexy. Haha. But it just depends on your opinion. Everyone has a different thought about it.
