Why do the questions on Yahoo answers start repeating after about the third page?

I dont think they are repeating.
According to me as their are addition of new questions in Yahoo Answers,the older questions go back while newer question occupy the front pages.
Therfore you see some questions at 1st page and after sometime same question in 2nd or 3rd page.
