Is this legal to be listed two times under 1 social security number with Transunion? My name and everything is the same, but they have two reports for me...can I request deletion of one?

Are you sure that there are 2 "different" reports? Do they have difference in your name (middle initial vs, middle name) or address or creditors. Was one just maybe a later report that showed more creditors, or are the creditors all different?

How do you know that the reports are for different listings? Do they have different dates? Is it possible that they are the same report and that TransUnion simply changed the file number?
