I like the Shock Doctor Double - it's a really good "boil and bite" mouthguard, holds up really well, and is comfortable. I have this one, and love it. My only issue was that I had to cut a little bit off the back (molar area) because the size was a little large. After I made that tiny cut, it's been perfect.
I prefer the double mouth guard to protect my upper and lower teeth, and I feel like it helps when I take hard shots. It is a little harder to understand when I talk while wearing it, compared to the single mouth guards.
Some people prefer a single (upper) mouth guard, because it's easier to breathe through. If you go with a single, I still recommend the Shock Doctor. $25 is worth it. And FYI, you can pick these up at Dick's Sporting goods and save yourself the shipping.

It is particularly as much as to the fighter. As anyone else mentioned, the BEST protect is one that's all set via your dentist, however it's extra highly-priced and you probably have any dental paintings performed, you can also ought to have a brand new protect affect taken. Doubles furnish extra safeguard total, however they are able to be cumbersome, elaborate to breath via till you get used to them, and lots of individuals uncover them simply demanding and can not tolerate them. I'd say pass with essentially the most quantity of safeguard you'll be able to tolerate and your price range can have enough money.
