I am a male and need a new hair color. I am not sure if I should get highlights or dye it completely (not sure what guys usually do). I am also not sure what color I should dye it. My natural hair color is dark brown and my skin color is darker brown (maybe as brown as someone from mexico or texas).
ill prolly dye it lighter brown maybe a few shades lighter than my current color

Well honestly if your skin is dark if will probably look unnatural to have any other hair color than brown or black. As for highlights, my friend got them and lately everyone has been asking me if he's gay. So don't do any highlights that are too dramatic(blonde on black) if you don't want to give off the wrong impression.

Do NOT dye it blonde. It will make it look extremely unnatural. If you want to go lighter, get caramel highlights. If you prefer to go darker, try black highlights. Generally guys dying all of their hair doesn't look as good as it could.

you should dye ur hair majestic mountian lilac. it is a beautiful color full of life and mountian views. its a color no one can forget!! this color reminds me of my childhood. of my mother sending my to go get our honeysuckel from the top of our lovely roof. the smell of a nice day with grandma Gernis baking nice ol mango butter pie. mmm imiss them old days with the pleseant children playing with rocks and stones along the bunny trails. oh how i wish i was there one more time. to live those wonderful days with grandma Gernis and uncle Fredrick. of yess the majestic mountian lilac is such a wonderful feeling. i think it really matches ur personality hunny
