Is there anyone out there that has had any complaints of Trans Union's service? I currently have a complaint in with the Pennsylvania Attorney General and they are willing to act if more people will step forward and file formal complaints...

I would definitely check out www.badproducts.com. I had a similar case with a defective product and they found people in the same situation as me and got together a class action. Just fill out the form on the website for free and they'll tell you if you have a case.
