osteoarthritis pain - is hydrogen peroxide helpful in reducing the pain? if so, in what proportion?

read in a Dr Merkola article that this chemical can greatly reduce the pain. Is it to be taken orally or sprayed on the affected joints ?

Hi I'm not a Doctor, so trust me or not. I am a male, I do have hammertoe and some regular arthitis in my elbows. I have been experimenting with Ben Gay. I know it stops pain. I know, it will stop cold sores. I know it will stop and cure the yellow toe nail fungis. I know, if you put in on an abcessed tooth, the gum that hurts really bad. The pain goes away and the infection seems to have stopped getting worse. I put a little on a cotton swab. Also, I just started working on the hammer toe. It has stopped hurting, the little bit, it did hurt. Since, I can't afford the fees that Dentists and Doctors charge. These pain tests will continue, until I can save two hundred dollars for each.
