soap opera's in the 1970's?

I am doing some research on soap opera's in the 1970's and was wondering if anyone had any reliable resources. Not for just one show but all of the shows (soaps) during that decade as well as some info on the evolution from the radio dramas to the 70's as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

i don't know where you'd get lists, but i am 52, definitely around in the 70's and you could start with some individual soaps from that period. the ones i remember that are now defunct are: Love of Life, Where the Heart Is, Love is a Many Splendored Thing, Edge of Night, Search for Tomorrow, Dark Shadows and one from the 60's called My Five Daughters.

i'd just type in "70's soaps" or maybe "cbs soaps in the 70's. it's possible you could find some help by contacting the networks, there were only three major networks then- nbc, cbs, and abc. i do know that one of the first soaps to go from radio to tv was the Guiding Light, as well as As the World Turns. Hope this helps.
