how can i get a consolidation loan with bad credit? i was out of work last year and got behind in everything.?

i need to consolidate everything into 1 payment, but my credit is so bad i know i can't get a traditional loan. i don't want some scam that wants me to pay them to cheat my creditors out of their money. i will pay everything, but need some breathing space to get caught up. Any millionaires out there willing to loan me 150k at a reasonable rate?
