Data error "cyclic redundancy check"?

This message I'm receiving for some files and folder when trying to delete of move them.
So what is the perfect way to solve this annoying problem and fix these files ?
I'd appreciate anyone's help.

I woud start with "low hanging fruit" ...

Start > Run > chkdsk /f

The check disk will run when you restrat the computer. Then you could try deleting the files again.

... if that doesn't work, get the freeware utility "ccleaner" ... run the utilitie's regitstry fix option against your system's registry. It will offer you to save a copy of your registry before fixing. I've found that you may have to run it three or four times to clean up all the registry errors.
