I am 39. I am trying to find out something that helps me understand why I feel CRAZY the 3rd day of my period?

THANKS. I quit smoking 1.5 years ago and I so want to smoke today. Not gonna do it but seriously I feel so crazy on my period at times I feel like I need medicine. LOL

Talk to your Dr. about it - you're not crazy - it's the hormones!! There are meds you can take.
