A GOOD LAPTOP RECOMMENDATION?????????

Well, I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 (green) I got it about i would say 8 months ago, but I don't really like it anymore.. i wanna get a new one.. so i just wanted some good recommendations on laptops.. i want a laptop not too big.. but not too small a normal size... i want it to be fast.. for internet, games, schoolwork, music, etc. what i had in mind were an apple macbook the very thin one.. it's about $1500 or an HP that costs about $850 so i really don't care about the price i just want a laptop that is worth it.. and that never crashes down with viruses or breaks easily.. well all help would be appreciated...

I would definitely go with HP I have never had a problem with one or heard of anyone else having a problem. Plus costumer service is great. I have owned 4 of their desktops and 2 laptops and all are still running today. If I were you I would buy either one of the following HPs

HP TouchSmart tx2z series
youll pay around $900.00 but it does everything and anything
theres the link.

If that's not what your into I would consider the HP HDX 16t Premium series

I just got an Alienware laptop. they are awesome, fast and very cool looking. Mac was my first choice too! but you are paying the price 5-6 times more of what the actual hardware costs. for 700 pounds you will get a very sorry Mac. Alienware has been a very good choice that i made Good luck

i have an HP and it's pretty nice. it's shiny black and has 3 gig ram and lots of memory. i think we paid under $600 for it. WalMart has it now or one like it for about $500. HP runs a little faster than the Dell, I think. it depends on what you want to use it for.

Mac- its compatible, and never get viruses. It has fun little tweaks you play around with, and it comes with a WebCam. Pay the retail price- or go onto eBay and see what they have. I have had one and it was the best computer I ever had, so check out a Mac!
