I am trying to decide if I should go goblin or gnomish. Is there someplace that shows me specifically the benefit and/or patterns for each?

Goblin gives you explosives and the rocket launcher. Gnomish gives you the poultryizer. Both of the trinkets give you +45 stam and are pretty decent in PVE. I don't think that the poultryizer works in PvP any longer...I always like it for and additional pull(prot paladin). The WOTLK patterns don't require specialization.
