so, for the gladiator beasts, can you still use the effect "At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked or was attacked, you can return this card to your Deck to Special Summon 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster from your Deck " even if the monster is destroyed?

No. The moster must still be on the field for it's effect to be activated.

it has 2 survive. thats y their called glads i think. unless u got sumthing that makes them not destroyed 4 1 turn like gb archfiend shield
