What is the solution for them ? How will they marry if there are no Muslims around them or maybe there are few but not eligible ?
Anyone has an experience to tell us about it ?

This is a great quesiton! What about the sisters who are the only 1 in their community (due to reverting and have a non-Muslim family) and they don't have relatives to arrange marriages?
I guess online or a distant Masjid is the way to go. Insha'Allah He will bring me a husband when I'm ready. Until then I will continue worshipping Him and serving Him like I am commanded to do.

All ways should be performed for finding the best one.Allah will not give spouse without efforts.Insya allah you will find him.

I bet it's really hard. I have like five cousins, all girls, old enough to marry but aren't. Some of them probably get married by arranged marriages by family to freinds their parents know or something. Only a few do this probably, only the ones who actually practice Islam. Others just date, which is haram, buy they find it the only way to get married. The ones who date are usually non practicing Muslims though.

As a Britsh Somali girl (in my early 20s) I can tell you now for a fact that most Somali girls will consider dating outside of our race/culture but NEVER religion. If you're not Muslim then goodluck because no Somali girl will even consider entertaining you with the idea of having a relationship or marriage in the future. It will not happen. You can find a non-muslim Somali girl but that's very rare. Race doesn't matter but religion does.

I set up a profile on http://www.qiran.com and met my husband maybe 3 days after becoming Muslim (not exactly sure when because I didn't write it down in my diary when I met my husband). 18 days after I became Muslim we got married Islamcially. Got married by the courts in December 2006. That was 2.5 years ago.
