Lets just say i killed EVERYONE in underworld...and now i cant start ranger quest. because Reilly wont wake up? and the doctor aint around to revive her because he dead. lol soo any way i can start it?? and my medicine skill is 90. if that matters?

I had that problem with that particular addon as well. All I did was uninstall it and then reinstall it - I know, lame. Once I did that however, the quest started up just fine and I spent the next few hours happily blasting creepy little aliens and stealing their treasures.
