Graceful Charity can be replaced by Morphing Jar
Morphing Jar - FLIP: Both players discard their hands. Then both players draw 5 cards.
Pot of greed can be replaced by Allure of Darkness and Reckless Greed
Allure of Darkness - Draw 2 cards, then remove from play 1 DARK monster from your hand. If you don't have any DARK monsters in your hand to remove, send all cards in your hand to the Graveyard.
Reckless Greed - Draw 2 cards, and after that skip your next 2 Draw Phases
Imperial Order can be replaced by Spell Canceller and Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV8
Spell Canceller - As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Spell Cards cannot be activated. The effects of all face-up Spell Cards are also negated.
Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 - his card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6". While this card remains face-up on your side of the field, you can negate the activation and effect of any Spell Cards and destroy them.
Ring of Destruction can be replaced by Hammer Shot, Fissure and Smashing Ground.
Hammer Shot - Destroy 1 face-up Attack Position monster that has the highest ATK. (If it's a tie, you get to choose.)
Fissure - Destroy the 1 face-up monster your opponent controls that has the lowest ATK. (If it's a tie, you get to choose.)

Morphing Jar 2 - FLIP: Return all Monster Cards on the field to their respective Decks and shuffle them. You and your opponent then pick up cards until you both have the same number of Monster Cards that were returned to each Deck. Special Summon the Level 4 or lower monsters to the field in face-down Defense Position. The rest of the cards picked up are discarded to the Graveyard.
Morphing Jar - FLIP: Both players discard their hands. Then both players draw 5 cards.
Tribe-Infecting Virus can be replaced by Lightning Vortex
Lightning Vortex - Discard 1 card. Destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls.
Witch of The Black Forest can be replaced by Sangan, Gold Sarcophagus and Different Dimension Capsule
Sangan - When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, add 1 monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck to your hand.
Gold Sarcophagus - Select and remove from play 1 card in your Deck. During your second Standby Phase after this card's activation, add the removed card to your hand.
Different Dimension Capsule - After this card is activated, it remains face-up on the field until your 2nd Standby Phase. Select 1 card from your Deck, then shuffle your Deck. Remove it from play and place face-down. During your 2nd Standby Phase, destroy this card and add the removed card to your hand.
Magician of Faith can be replaced by A Feather of the Phoenix
A Feather of the Phoenix - Discard 1 card. Select 1 card from your Graveyard and return it to the top of your Deck.
Well these are basically some examples of the cards that can replace some of the banned cards. Well the reason why some of them are
not as powerful because the banned cards were banned for the reason they were to powerful for the game. Good luck towards your future duels and deck building.
