An Amish /Pennsylvania dutch dressing recipe?
When we were in Pennsylvania several years ago, I ate a Bacon dressing, its cooked and served warm over your salad greens. Do you have the recipe, it was on the sweet side.

My mom used to serve this with endive or dandelions also:
Sweet & Sour Spinach
2 cans spinach (squeeze juice out and set aside in bowl)
6 slices bacon(chop, fry, let cool with grease)
When grease is cool, mix in Blender: 2 raw eggs
½ cup vinegar
½ cup water
2 ½ sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pour mixture into pan with bacon and grease, cook over medium heat(do NOT boil), continuously stir while cooking. When foam goes away, pour over spinach. Stir to let spinach soak up liquid, then serve.
