Need to learn some basic SQL programming?

I have a pretty good understanding of Foxpro, and I recently found out the databases I currently work with (Foxpro) are being converted to SQL.

I am wondering which self help book to get to give me the most (easy to understand) information to help with this transition.

SQL For Dummies or Sam's Teach Yourself SQL In 10 Minutes?

Or is there a better choice?

I am not a programmer, I do tech support- I don't need to do anything major, I just want to be able to read and understand the source code.

Well, for starters there are two major areas of SQL (Administration and Programming). Both require knowledge of T-SQL programming. A good place to start is here: http://www.w3schools.com/SQl/default.asp.

Dummies books and Sam's are always good for learners. Once you get the basic principles of programming down, you can start skipping those kind of books and go straight to reference materials.

Hope that helps.
