Advice for tutoring kids??????

The recession has made it harder to get a job and I really need one. I'm quite clever and so I thought my best bet would be to tutor kids in primary and secondary school. I've just left secondary school and in 5 weeks i'm getting my GCSE results. I'm 16 and in September I will turn 17

I'm thinking about tutoring children and putting ads up and I really need advice.

I live in England and I was wondering if there are any laws I need to know about or guidlines on what I can do. Do I need to be a certain age? Do I need to register or anything?

And I would probably tutor English and Maths although I'm not bad at French and Spanish. How much should I charge per hour?
I thought maybe about £5 per hour or is £6 ok?
and does anyone have any general advice? materials? and stuff?

Just make the experience fun and some what educational, while charging a fair amount of money. Its not as complicated as you think. There really aren't any laws or anything.
