Bring the phone to your local service provider store.

Ask to have a new battery put in your phone. See if it takes charge or turns on even. If it does great you only need a new battery. If not, then it is the phone itself. You can do warranty exchange on the phone if still under warranty....Show more

well what you could do is try to take out the battery and put it back in and try to turn it on again and if that doesnt work then you should take it to your service provider retail store and see what they can do for you....Show more
