Do you agree or disagree?

Amazon should not systematically apply the words "Used and new from [enter price here]" to every product. Surely I'm not the only one who feels that some products, including but not limited to ear plugs or diapers, should only be sold new. I guess I was just wondering if anyone else out there feels this is an anomaly that Amazon could easily fix. (For the record, I do understand that these products are not being sold used... I'm just saying that it's a rather unfortunate "option" to give people, since that's not much of a sales pitch.)

Brian: you're absolutely right, though for the record this doesn't infuriate me. Suffice it to say that I find it mildly annoying. :-)

Soon to be Mrs. Lawlis: Sadly, you're probably right...

You and I think alike.

I'm betting there's countless things about society that infuriate you.

Celebrity gossip TV shows bother me.

I understand what your saying.
But Amazon is dealing with laws internationally which might make it necessary to do it as they are now.

I hope I was able to be of help.

I believe people need to know, of course they want to know if they might get a used scratched CD, that's like not putting a sign (warning sharp turn ahead) on the road.

That is so true, however, there are those weirdos out there that would sell (and possibly buy?) used earplugs.
