will a diploma from nyfa look good on an acting resume?

my daughter is 14 and wants to be an actor
,but to me its like a one in a million chance
though i support her on whatever she decides to be or become
do you really that will help her?

I've heard from several people in the industry in NYC that it's viewed as a diploma mill that overcharges for what you're getting. There are plenty of acting studios that offer great classes (HB, William Esper, and T. Schreiber being a few popular choices), not to mention NYU for a full degree.
