I live in Ohio and have an Ohio driving license. How do I get points removed and who do I contact to get them removed. I realize I will have to pay and there is probably some class or test I need to take. I just need to know how and where.

call the clerk of county court, or DL office, or look on the state website-
usually a defensive driving course, anywhere from $50 to $500-but I have to say, points are not actually, ah, removed, they just don't get counted against your ongoing record (so many points allowed per years before they suspend or revoke your license). For insurance purposes, whatever happened, still happened-so your insurance company can still charge for the fact that you did indeed get a major speeding ticket (because, you did) even if the state is not counting the points against the yearly total. (yes, it is legal for insurance companies to use your record to calculate how much you might cost them)
