I love hot sauces the spicier the better. At a restaurant over a year ago now. I had a sweet hot sauce. It was a spanish restaurant. When I put it in my mouth it tasted like a candy within 5 seconds my mouth was burning. I want to be able to duplicate it. Anyone know how.

I've heard of honey and sweet fruit, like orange or pineapple. But to taste like candy then set your mouth on fire, now I'm a hot sauce lover and I want to know :D
If you remember the resturant name, call them-ask them whats in it, or snake a menu online and see what the undernotes are :D

Put some honey in it. I made bbq hot sauce with honey and it was sweet at first then few seconds it hit you hard yumm. Good luck!
