If Silva leaves for Light heavy division, who will win the title in the up for grabs tourney?
I would like to see Dan Henderson reclaim it.

Hendo is the best MW aside from Silva.
Although he is similar to Couture in that he is old, and fighters usually get old overnight, meaning he can look good one fight, then really show his age in the next fight. So hopefully Dan has some more good fights in him.
EDIT: LA- i was hoping the Filho would go to the UFC. Now that Silva would be out of the way, there would be no conflict of interest between the two.

There was talk, before Dana White announced that Anderson Silva vs. Dan Henderson for the title will happen before there is any major discussion about Silva permanently moving to LHW, that Dan Henderson would more than likely take on the winner of Nate Marquardt vs. Demian Maia.
So, if Henderson doesn't beat Anderson and Anderson moves to LHW leaving his belt vacant. I would think Dan Henderson, Nate Marquardt, Demian Maia, Vitor Belfort, Wanderlei Silva and Yushin Okami would fight it out to find a winner.
I also wonder if Paulo Filho would then sign with the UFC and go after the Middleweight title since Anderson would be out of the way.

Its going to be very interesting. Dan Henderson, Nate Marquardt, Vitor belfort, and Wanderlei Silva come to mind.
?
It would probably be a fight between Hendo and the winner of Marquardt v. Maia. I'm guessing it would end up being Hendo with his first defense being against the winner of Franklin v. Belfort (if franklin wants to go back to 185).
Silvas agent said he isn't going to give up his belt though so a moot point
that one guy
Henderson would probably take it. With that killer right hand he could probably take out anyone.
