It furthers something that I have been saying for a long time about many Americans when it comes to "Marketing"
Too many Americans have simply gotten to a point where it is easier for them to believe what they read and what they are told then to truly question. Often, convincing them of something is as simple as coming up with the right label. If you keep telling the lie, it becomes a brand and then a movement and eventually many begin questioning reality itself.
